The Leadership Conference (LC24) will be held on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 May. The conference will take place physically at the Royal Albert Hall in London. A unique event to experience!

What is the Leadership Conference?

The Leadership Conference is a unique opportunity for leaders in every sphere – across contexts, traditions, generations, and cultures – to gather as one, encounter Jesus, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. We believe that Christ-centered leadership has the power to change lives and transform the world.

Having taken the time to listen to global leaders, we will be exploring at LC24 some of the key questions that leaders are facing in this distinct cultural moment: 

• How can we lead with courage and integrity at a time of instability?
• How can we empower and make space for emerging leaders and foster collaboration between generations?
• How can we envision, encourage and challenge those we lead in our communities and workplaces?
• How can we build resilience, while avoiding isolation and burn out?
• How can we hold onto hope, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus?

A few more tips & info about costs:

• The Leadership Conference is held on Monday and Tuesday, but we recommend that you arrive on Saturday evening so that you can experience an HTB (Holy Trinity Brompton) service on Sunday. On Sunday evening we meet each other in the pub!
• You are expected to arrange your own travel and accommodation and purchase your own ticket for the conference. (if the ticket turns out to be a challenge please contact me personally). We recommend the IBIS Hotel in Gloucester Road– where we will be staying with Alpha Israel Team (and the Dutch Leadership Alpha team). It’s walking distance to the Albert Hall.

The Next Generation, Wednesday AM 8th May 
We will be gathering strategic church leaders from around the world and encouraging them to invite their young leaders to join us for an inspiring and galvanizing morning focusing on the next generation and the unique opportunity that Alpha Youth Series 3.0 offers.

As well as hearing from church leaders and young people, we will be discussing what it looks like to reach, raise, and release young leaders now, so that generation z and generation alpha have the opportunity to explore and develop a relationship with Jesus.

There will be time for prayer ministry and networking and lunch will be provided.
